Email me with the session you are considering, your preferred timing and a little about your family. I’ll reply with availability and the complete details.

Choose your date
Once we find the right date, I’ll guide you through the booking details and send everything you need to make it official.

Plan together
We’ll choose a location, talk through wardrobe and make a simple plan that suits your children, your home and the season.

Be with your people
On the day, I’ll guide you into good light and natural connection. Your edited photographs will follow in a private online gallery.
How to prepare
The best preparation is
less pressure.
You do not need to rehearse smiles or ask your children to be on their best behaviour. A calm parent and a comfortable child will always photograph more beautifully than a perfect plan.

For children
Protect naps when you can, offer a simple snack beforehand and avoid promising that they must smile. Tell them you are going somewhere to play together.

For newborns
Feed and change your baby as needed. Keep familiar blankets, diapers and feeding supplies nearby. Every pause is welcome and already part of the session.

For parents
Arrive ready to notice your people, not manage every moment. I will watch the light, guide the movement and tell you what to do when you need direction.
What to wear
Coordinate the feeling.
Do not match the outfit.
Start with the person who finds dressing hardest, then build the rest of the family around them. Choose pieces you can move, sit and hold your children in comfortably.

Which session is right for us?
Choose a family session when you want everyone and the current family dynamic documented. Choose an in-home newborn session for the first weeks with a new baby. Choose motherhood when you want the relationship between you and your children to be the centre of the story. If you are unsure, email me and I’ll help you choose.
How far in advance should we book?
Reach out as soon as you have a season or timeframe in mind. For newborn sessions, it is best to inquire during pregnancy so space can be held around your due date.
What if my children will not cooperate?
They do not need to perform. I plan for children to need movement, time and connection. We follow their energy, use simple prompts and let their personalities become part of the photographs.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
Most families do at first. You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose. I’ll give you clear, gentle direction and photograph the real moments that happen between the prompts.
Does our home need to be spotless for a newborn session?
No. We only need one or two pockets of usable light. I’ll help choose the rooms and angles that work beautifully. Your home should feel lived in because this is where your family’s story is happening.
What happens if the weather is poor?
For outdoor sessions, we will watch the forecast and make a thoughtful decision close to the session. If the weather will keep us from creating beautiful work, we will choose another date.
